[Remote] Clinical Application Specialist - New York
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sentec is a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care. They are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide training and education to users, support sales training, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver customer training and education.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the subject matter expert for the use of our products in our key market segments to support company revenue growth goals
- Collaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programs
- Develops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value proposition
- Participates in product evaluations and installations
- Assesses needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, including maintenance and troubleshooting that addresses all members of the clinical team
- Provides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts
- This is a remote position (home-based in the greater New York area) with the ability to travel overnight (60%) and work flexible hours
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience
- Current RRT license is required
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing
- Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred
- Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred
- Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred
- Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials
