They are seeking a Mid-level Dynamics Developer to be responsible for the development, configuration, integration, administration, and technical support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application. Experience with MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture Participate in the development, configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 mapping business requirements and processes to the CRM solutions. Proficient in Plug-In development, Portal development along with Power Platform (Dataverse, flows and PowerApps) Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 solution in production. Manage user roles and permissions. Ensure application components are in compliance with the enterprise and solution architecture and apply best practices. Follow change control procedures and manage the deployment from development to test to production. Collaborate with IT colleagues, business subject matter experts and outside vendors on end user issues and new application functionality. Adhere to an iterative, agile implementation methodology. Complete technical design deliverables and documentation. Provide post-production technical support to end users. Adhere to organizational policies and values. Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
