Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across various business leaders and functions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies aligned with business needs
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Understand various tech stacks and frameworks at a high level to represent engineering roles effectively
- Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to enhance hiring outcomes
- Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, ensuring hiring goals are met
- Utilize analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and measure recruitment effectiveness

Skills
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical hiring
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent in competitive markets
- Experience using data to drive hiring strategies and influence decision-making
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise hiring managers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ORC, Lever) and recruiting tools
