[Remote] Administrative Recruitment and Hiring Manager

Center for Vein Restoration is America’s Largest Physician-Led Vein Center, recognized for its commitment to improving lives through personalized treatment options for vein disease. They are seeking an Administrative Recruitment and Hiring Manager responsible for developing a pool of qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions to support the clinic's staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all laws and regulations relating to recruiting and hiring
- Review resumes and applications for clinical positions to determine eligibility for hiring
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified clinical candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Ascertain hiring needs and timelines for delivery from clinic managers
- Create and implement short- and long-term partnership plans based on company growth and hiring manager needs
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Provide job posting details and suggestions for ad placement to maximize results
- Work with HR, IT and Marketing to utilize social media, company website, as well as the applicant tracking system for recruiting
- Work closely with HR generalist to determine hiring needs, advertising, placement, time to fill and management of requisitions
- Manage job descriptions, ensuring the description is reflective of current duties and responsibilities
- Negotiate and determine salary and benefits for candidates in conjunction with the appropriate clinical director
- Conduct phone, zoom and in person interviews to narrow candidate pool as appropriate
- Schedule and manage in clinic shadow interviews; ascertain feedback from clinic team in real time
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Responsible for reporting and partnering with HR to update the status of open positions
- Track recruiting metrics in partnership with the VP of HR
- Present recruiting metrics bi-weekly to the Ops Leadership Team
- Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Be able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting, hiring and/or management experience
- Experience with healthcare employee recruitment is required
- Excellent interview skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated to follow-through and results
- Very detail-oriented
- Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities, and priorities
- The ability to interact with, support, and influence positively the behavior and activities of directors, supervisors and staff
- Clinical knowledge/experience strongly preferred
