[Remote] Business Development Manager– IT Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Virtual Labs is seeking a Business Development Manager for their IT Services division. The role focuses on generating new business by building a pipeline from scratch and closing staffing and IT project deals with SMB accounts.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting into SMB tech/engineering leaders
- Sell contract staffing, IT projects, consulting into new logos
- Full cycle ownership: discovery → proposal → close
- Partner with delivery for 48-hour req fulfillment
- Convert first wins into $1M+ accounts
Skills
- Proven $1M+ staffing/IT projects/consulting quota attainment
- New logo wins at $100K–$500K deal size
- Cold outbound mastery
- Strong negotiation skills
