In this role, you'll support clients with their travel inquiries, assist with bookings, and ensure each traveler enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options, bookings, and itineraries
- Assist with reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide timely support to resolve questions or concerns before, during, and after travel
- Research destinations and promotions to recommend the best options for clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
