[Remote] Regional Sales Manager, Neuro-Neph South East Region

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Area Sales Managers, driving growth in Immunology and Nephrology through effective coaching and strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop Talent: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed performance goals. Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Drive Business Performance: Execute regional business plans aligned to national strategy. Translate strategic priorities into clear actions that deliver sales growth and market share gains
- Execute Strategic Account Management: Ensure strong execution across priority neurologists, nephrologists, and key accounts. Drive a coordinated, account-based approach to maximize portfolio performance
- Build Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and health systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to address barriers and unlock opportunities
- Leverage Data & Insights: Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Recruit & Strengthen the Team: Attract, develop, and retain top talent. Support the professional growth of ASMs through coaching and development planning
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance
- Prior field leadership experience preferred
- Prior field leadership experience preferred
- Experience in specialty, biologics, neurology, nephrology, or immunology preferred
