Senior Sales Manager - SaaS Solutions

Our client, a rapidly growing technology company, is searching for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand their sales team in Jacksonville, Florida . This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth for their innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions by developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will be responsible for managing a team of account executives, setting ambitious sales targets, and fostering a culture of success and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership and a deep understanding of solution selling methodologies. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to achieve and exceed quotas. You will analyze sales data, identify market trends, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey. Conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and motivating the team are crucial aspects of this role. You will also be involved in developing sales forecasts, managing the sales pipeline, and representing the company at industry events. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management capacity, is required. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are mandatory.
