Why you should apply to be a Customer Service Representative:* ? Position is Temp-to-Hire with opportunity for growth ? 1st shift, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday ? Pay rate is competitive at $20.00 per hour / Weekly Pay ? Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire ? Handling all incoming issues and resolves them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. ? Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. ? Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provides updates to customer as needed. ? Anticipating, and where appropriate, mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience. ? Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs. ? Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns ? This job might be an outstanding fit if you:* ? Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and e-mail etiquette ? Have previous customer service experience and comfortable with sitting in front of the computer for majority of your shift ? Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce ? Have basic skills with moderate level of proficiency and can consult with senior peers on non-complex projects. ?
