Account Manager
RXNT is a growing company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will work directly with the Account Director to assist with the sales processes and develop relationships with clients while promoting pharmaceutical brands through their EHR platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling by understanding client needs and business objectives
- Conduct outbound calls, and warm calling to generate new leads and expand client base
- Assist the Sales Director with day-to-day activities and administrative support
- Help prepare and manage RFP submissions during the proposal season
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with agency partners
- Support sales presentations, reporting, and account management activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client and sales initiatives
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Director
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and understanding of product or service specifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
