Role Overview

As a Remote Premium Cardholder Experience Concierge, you will operate from a remote location while providing real‑time, high‑quality support to arenaflex card members who are traveling through the arenaflex Lounge at George Bush International Airport (IAH). You will act as a brand ambassador, handling inquiries, reservations, lifestyle services, and unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism. This position blends hospitality, travel expertise, and technology‑driven service delivery, offering a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment that rewards initiative and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Point Contact: Greet and welcome arenaflex card members as they arrive at the lounge, establishing a warm, personalized connection.
  • End‑to‑End Experience Management: Own the member journey from check‑in to departure, ensuring every touchpoint meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve member concerns swiftly, employing creative solutions that protect the brand’s reputation.
  • Travel & Lifestyle Advisory: Provide tailored travel recommendations, dining reservations, entertainment suggestions, and concierge services that align with each member’s preferences.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with airport food and beverage vendors, transportation providers, and internal arenaflex teams to fulfill member requests.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage arenaflex’s proprietary CRM and communication platforms to log interactions, track resolutions, and share insights.

Essential Qualifications
