Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat streams on the official arenaflex Discord server, promptly identifying and removing messages that violate community guidelines.
• Enforce moderation actions—including muting, temporary bans, and permanent bans—based on the severity and frequency of rule violations.
• Investigate user‑submitted reports, conduct thorough reviews of alleged infractions, and document outcomes for future reference.
• Collaborate with the arenaflex Community Management team to refine moderation policies and suggest improvements based on emerging trends.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while handling conflicts, de‑escalating tense situations, and providing clear explanations to users about moderation decisions.
• Generate weekly moderation reports that summarize activity metrics, recurring issues, and recommendations for policy updates.
• Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on best practices in online safety, harassment prevention, and digital community building.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience (paid or volunteer) in moderating online communities, forums, or social platforms, preferably Discord.
• Strong understanding of Discord’s moderation tools, including message deletion, user muting, and ban management.
