Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Enter, update, and verify large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
  • System Support: Provide specialized assistance for arenaflex network frameworks, work‑area frameworks, servers, and client‑side applications.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or remote session, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and data‑entry issues.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain password hygiene, uphold data integrity standards, and enforce record‑system security protocols in line with arenaflex policies.
  • On‑Site Visits: When remote troubleshooting is insufficient, travel to client sites within the designated Texas regions (TXALG, TXDFW, TXDAL) to install, configure, or update equipment and software.
  • Documentation: Log all interactions, resolutions, and system changes in the internal project notebook, ensuring clear communication for future reference.
  • Follow‑Up Communication: Conduct post‑resolution callbacks to confirm client satisfaction and close tickets with comprehensive summaries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring patterns, suggest workflow enhancements, and contribute to the development of best‑practice guidelines for arenaflex support teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in high‑volume data entry or related administrative roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database entry tools.
