From luxury resorts and premium cruises to exclusive destination experiences and customized itineraries, you'll help clients explore options and coordinate arrangements that create exceptional travel experiences. Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and desired experiences Assist with arranging premium accommodations, cruises, transportation, and curated activities Research destinations, supplier offerings, and exclusive travel opportunities Present customized travel solutions aligned with client interests and budgets Coordinate reservation requests and assist with itinerary preparation Provide timely responses to client questions and travel-related requests Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and travel documentation Stay informed about luxury travel trends, supplier updates, and promotional opportunities Participate in virtual learning programs and professional development activities Ideal Candidate Profile Enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences Have strong communication and relationship-building skills Are highly organized and detail-oriented Can confidently manage multiple client requests Are comfortable using online platforms and digital resources Work well independently in a remote setting Have a professional, positive, and client-focused approach Possess reliable internet access and basic computer proficiency Are eager to learn and expand their knowledge
