Senior Product Manager – Customer Analytics & Identity Insights Platform (Remote, Full-Time)

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About arenaflex

At arenaflex, we believe that understanding customers is the cornerstone of building meaningful, trustworthy, and transformative digital experiences. As one of the most forward-thinking organizations in the retail and technology landscape, arenaflex is redefining how enterprises harness the power of customer data, analytics, and digital identity to deliver unparalleled value to millions of users every single day. Our commitment to innovation is matched only by our dedication to data privacy, security, and inclusive design — principles that sit at the very heart of everything we build.

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation Customer Analytics & Identity Insights Platform. If you are passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights, shaping enterprise-scale products, and championing customer privacy in a rapidly evolving digital world, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact at arenaflex.

The Opportunity

This is not a conventional product management role. As a Senior Product Manager on the Customer Analytics team at arenaflex, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our flagship Client Insights Center — a sophisticated platform that empowers internal teams across arenaflex to explore, analyze, and act on customer intelligence with confidence, speed, and uncompromising integrity.

You will collaborate with world-class engineers, data scientists, designers, marketing leaders, and senior executives to shape a product that influences how arenaflex understands its customers, protects their identities, and delivers personalized experiences at scale. The work you do will directly affect the quality, accessibility, and trustworthiness of insights that drive critical business decisions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Define and continuously evolve the long-term vision, strategic prioritization, and delivery roadmap for the Client Insights Center, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s broader customer analytics and identity objectives.
  • Champion Data Quality and Accessibility: Lead initiatives that elevate the quality, freshness, and discoverability of customer insights, making it effortless for internal stakeholders to find and trust the data they need.
  • Build for Privacy and Trust by Design: Partner with security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of data protection, customer consent management, and identity integrity across every feature and workflow.
  • Define and Track Success Metrics: Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics that measure adoption, customer satisfaction, time-to-insight, data accuracy, and overall business impact of the platform.
  • Scalable Tooling and Infrastructure: Work closely with engineering and data platform teams to architect, build, and scale robust analytics tools that serve hundreds of internal users without compromising on performance or governance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong, trusted partnerships with stakeholders across arenaflex+, Engineering, Data Adventures, Marketing, and Digital Experience teams to deliver world-class analytics solutions.
  • Innovation and Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital identity, customer analytics, privacy-enhancing technologies, and behavioral insights — and translate those trends into differentiated product opportunities for arenaflex.
  • Accessibility and Inclusion: Embed inclusive design principles and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards into every phase of product development, ensuring that the platform is usable by all audiences, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate strategy, progress, risks, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional partners, translating complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the product management community at arenaflex, elevating the craft of product management through coaching, peer review, and best practice sharing.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following minimum requirements:

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 7 years of progressive experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 9 years of progressive experience in product management or a related discipline, with demonstrated success in delivering complex, enterprise-scale platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who stand out will bring a combination of advanced education, deep domain expertise, and a passion for building accessible, privacy-respecting products:

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business) with 6+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with digital identity, customer data platforms, analytics ecosystems, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and integrating accessibility seamlessly into digital product experiences.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies and inclusive design best practices, with a track record of championing accessibility as a core product principle.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executive audiences.

Skills and Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while executing against short-term milestones with precision.
  • Customer Empathy: Deep curiosity about customer behavior, motivations, and the ethical implications of data use.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable engaging with engineers on data pipelines, identity resolution, analytics infrastructure, and privacy-by-design architectures.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and driving outcomes through influence and partnership.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Relentless focus on measurable outcomes, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and ambitious goals.

  • A clear, transparent career ladder with multiple paths for advancement into senior leadership, distinguished product management, or technical fellow roles.
