Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated, customer‑centric Remote Customer Service Representative to become a vital member of our worldwide support team. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Respond swiftly and professionally to inbound inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring each interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards of service.

Booking Assistance & Travel Management

  • Guide passengers through the complete booking lifecycle—new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests—while adhering to arenaflex policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide real‑time information on flight schedules, baggage allowances, seat selections, and ancillary services such as upgrades, meal preferences, and loyalty program benefits.
  • Collaborate with the reservations and revenue management teams to resolve complex itinerary challenges, ensuring optimal outcomes for both the traveler and arenaflex.

Problem Resolution & Escalation

  • Identify root causes of customer concerns, employing analytical thinking to deliver effective, lasting solutions.

Essential Qualifications
