Job Overview We're seeking experienced Customer Service Associates to join our team at our Amazon Locker retail locations. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and support
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex safety guidelines
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing Physical Requirements
• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 830 a.m. and 930 p.m., with schedules varying week to week What it's like at arenaflex

• Temperature Our Locker locations are climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment.
• Noise level Sound levels are minimal, similar to a grocery store.
