Position Overview – Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and solutions‑oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join the inaugural Actual Retail team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be the trusted voice for our shoppers, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels. You will guide customers through product discovery, order placement, shipment tracking, and post‑purchase support, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to quality, convenience, and delight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑Channel Support: Provide prompt, courteous assistance via telephone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product questions.
