Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding installation, service changes, disconnections, and inquiries about arenaflex products and services.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and proactively recommend relevant arenaflex solutions, upselling where appropriate.
  • Contact customers via phone or written communication to resolve past‑due payments, negotiate payment plans, and provide billing clarity.
  • Investigate and resolve complex service, billing, rate, and policy disputes, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of service orders, making corrections or adjustments as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including technical support, sales, and finance—to deliver holistic solutions and expedite issue resolution.
  • Document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system with precision, capturing key details that enable future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and performance coaching to stay current on arenaflex’s evolving portfolio.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts, to meet the dynamic needs of arenaflex’s global customer base.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Passion: Demonstrated dedication to delivering exceptional service with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.

  • Associate degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment, preferably within telecommunications or technology services.
  • Familiarity with billing systems, service order management, and dispute resolution processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics such as Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution, and Customer Satisfaction scores.
