Key Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day database maintenance tasks, including full, differential, and transaction log backups, ensuring data integrity and rapid recovery capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve routine database issues, applying root‑cause analysis techniques to minimize downtime.
• Execute SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) arenaflex shipment data from source systems into the central repository.
• Monitor and fine‑tune database performance, employing indexing strategies, query optimization, and execution plan analysis to sustain high‑throughput environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, operations, and customer support—to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable database solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of database schemas, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures for future reference and audit compliance.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts that streamline repetitive data entry and maintenance tasks, reducing manual effort and error rates.
• Participate in disaster recovery drills and ensure that recovery point objectives (RPO) and recovery time objectives (RTO) are consistently met.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data‑mirroring and replication strategies to support high‑availability architectures.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
