- Required Skills and Qualifications

- * Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
- * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- * Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
- * Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
- Experience
