Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Concierge, you will deliver premium, face‑to‑face support to arenaflex Card Members as they arrive at the arenaflex Lounge. You will act as a trusted advisor, handling travel, card, lifestyle, and concierge requests with speed, empathy, and discretion. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve complex problems, and uphold the highest standards of service will directly influence member satisfaction and long‑term brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Reception & Access Management: Greet arenaflex Card Members upon arrival, verify credentials, and ensure a smooth check‑in experience.
  • End‑to‑End Service Ownership: Own the member journey from the moment they step into the lounge until they depart, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve member concerns swiftly, employing creative solutions that turn challenges into loyalty‑building opportunities.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Leverage the “Member First” philosophy to suggest travel, dining, and lifestyle options that align with each member’s preferences.
  • Travel & Reservation Assistance: Provide real‑time flight updates, rebooking support, and coordination with airline partners to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaboration with Food & Beverage Partners: Coordinate with lounge catering teams and external vendors to fulfill special requests, dietary needs, and exclusive experiences.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple arenaflex platforms, CRM tools, and communication channels to deliver a seamless digital‑to‑physical experience.
  • Feedback Capture & Reporting: Document member interactions, capture feedback, and share insights with the broader arenaflex service team to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing high‑touch service to premium or affluent clients (e.g., private banking, luxury hospitality, airline first‑class, or similar).
  • Demonstrated background in the travel, hospitality, or concierge industry, with a solid understanding of reservation systems and airline operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport instantly and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset; ability to think on your feet and deliver creative solutions that delight members.
  • Proficiency with multiple technology platforms, including CRM, ticketing, and chat tools; comfortable learning new systems quickly.
