Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Remote Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service across multiple communication channels. Your role will involve:

  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing inquiries about installation, disconnection, or changes to service with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive Service: Identifying customer needs and proactively offering arenaflex products and services that enhance their experience and provide additional value.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving complex customer inquiries and disputes related to service quality, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Order Management: Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections or changes to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Financial Solutions: Negotiating the collection of overdue bills with professionalism and empathy, finding mutually beneficial solutions while maintaining customer relationships.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management system.
  • Adherence to Schedule: Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business to ensure continuous service availability.

  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry terminology and services.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience handling customer escalations and resolving complex issues.
