Key Responsibilities

• Support the arenaxflex Transportation Fleet: Monitor daily fleet operations, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for route optimization.
• Collaborate with Managers: Conduct regular consultations with department leaders to gather business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate needs into actionable data projects.
• Integrate Data Across Platforms: Consolidate information from multiple database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and Maintain Excel Solutions: Build, enhance, and sustain complex spreadsheets that serve as the backbone for logistics reporting, forecasting, and decision‑making.
• Generate Insightful Reports: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, load utilization, and fuel efficiency.

Essential Qualifications
