Role Overview: Customer Solutions Architect Leadership

The arenaflex Software division is seeking a visionary, customer-centric leader to join our dynamic team as a Manager, Customer Solutions Architect.   • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer's technology, product, and cybersecurity needs while driving product-specific improvements.
  • Customer Ambassador: Champion the voice of the customer in internal discussions, working groups, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Value Demonstration: Identify and articulate solutions that deliver maximum value to customers' business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop and share insights based on research and customer solutioning experiences across internal and external channels.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Cultivate deep understanding of arenaflex products and cross-technology domains to solve complex challenges.
  • Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Excellence: Guide customers through solution discovery and implementation, addressing both standard and unique requirements.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Address every customer challenge with creative solutions leveraging all available resources.
  • Channel Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Partner Sales Engineers and Sellers to develop joint customer strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate trust and build strong relationships with customers by identifying, documenting, and measuring pain points and desired business outcomes.
  • Advocate for customer needs to influence organizational objectives, product roadmaps, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Manage customer engagement activities, identify risks and growth opportunities, and partner with internal teams to address both.
  • Develop and manage key processes including product fit assessments, technical discovery, customer win strategies, objection handling, and feedback collection.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource and escalation point for team members and customers alike.
  • Navigate complex, ambiguous situations autonomously by creating effective solutions to close gaps and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve organizational objectives, including targets for customer solutions, product fit, and product evolution.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction through data-driven approaches and proactive solution development.
  • Challenge the status quo with clarity, identifying and proposing innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure product alignment and identify opportunities to drive additional value.
  • Develop and maintain technical support procedures and policies that enhance customer experience.
  • Build credibility and trust within your team and with business customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead architecture and design reviews focused on business requirements, designing and managing architectural projects as needed.
  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and system environments to support customer needs.
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, and technical teams to identify system requirements and establish priorities.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential value for customers and arenaflex product development.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within technical organizations or entrepreneurial contexts
  • Minimum 3 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or data clouds (Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with data manipulation languages such as SQL
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with design, implementation, or consulting of distributed applications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with direct or indirect reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Track record of successful technical consulting and architecture engagements with enterprise clients
  • 2+ years of experience developing, marketing, selling, or supporting technical products or services at scale
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles or deep understanding of cybersecurity principles
  • Experience building and scaling customer success teams in software organizations
  • Strong background in SaaS business models and enterprise software sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into product development priorities
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

For this remote role, the annual salary range is $170,700 - $194,800, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
