Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, label, and validate data sets used for training ML models (e.g., image recognition, natural language processing, anomaly detection).
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for data pipelines, model versioning, and deployment workflows.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with product goals and timelines.
• Identify opportunities where ML can solve business challenges and propose innovative solutions in partnership with data scientists.
• Support the productionization of ML models by helping to integrate them into existing services, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
• Conduct quality assurance testing, including automated testing, continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines.
• Monitor model performance in real‑time using tools such as Splunk, Plotly, and Grafana, and flag any deviations for further investigation.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data processing workflows using Apache Spark, PySpark, and related technologies.
• Provide timely and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of best‑practice guidelines for data handling, security, and compliance across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Python and at least one major ML framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, LightGBM).
• 2+ years of professional experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA processes, and version‑controlled code repositories (GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data (images, video, text, audio) and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with data workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks from inception to delivery.
