Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote Social Media Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing digital customer engagement team. In this role, you will monitor, respond to, and engage with customers across popular social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok. You will serve as a frontline ambassador of the arenaflex brand, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, empathy, and magical customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Social Media Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Real-Time Social Media Monitoring: Actively monitor arenaflex’s official social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, to identify customer inquiries, comments, reviews, and feedback in real time.
  • Timely and Thoughtful Response Management: Craft and deliver prompt, accurate, and brand-aligned responses to a wide variety of customer questions, ranging from general inquiries about content and characters to concerns about products, services, and account-related issues.
  • Issue Resolution and Escalation: Troubleshoot customer concerns with patience and professionalism, and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate cross-functional teams while ensuring the customer remains informed throughout the process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Public Relations, Product Support, and Content Creation to gather information, share customer insights, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Trend Identification and Insights Reporting: Proactively identify recurring themes, emerging trends, and recurring customer pain points. Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experiences.
  • Brand Voice Stewardship: Maintain a consistent, friendly, and on-brand tone of voice in every interaction, ensuring that the magic and warmth of arenaflex shines through in every reply, comment, and direct message.
  • Crisis Communication Support: Assist in monitoring and responding to high-volume or sensitive situations with composure, following established protocols and collaborating with the communications team as needed.
  • Content Engagement: Engage proactively with positive customer content, fan creations, and community conversations to foster goodwill, celebrate fandom, and strengthen the arenaflex community across platforms.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), resolution rate, and engagement quality.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following will make your application stand out:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote, digital, or social media environment.
  • Familiarity with the arenaflex brand, franchises, characters, and content library.
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a strong plus, particularly in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Mandarin.
  • Background in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or hospitality.
