As a Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity, you will become an essential part of arenaflex’s Global Equity team. This team safeguards the integrity of long‑term incentive plans, stock‑based compensation, and equity‑related transactions that reward our employees worldwide. Your work will directly support the accurate processing of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑option awards, ensuring that every participant receives the compensation they have earned—on time and without error.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock‑plan enrollment requirements.
• Process the issuance, release, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option awards, adhering to strict timelines and regulatory standards.
• Review equity transaction activity—including exercise, release, and vesting events—to guarantee accurate recording, reporting, and tax compliance.
• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely guidance.
• Support the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery processes and stock‑plan enrollment activities.
• Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that inform operational improvements and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect evolving best practices.
• Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as needed, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in equity‑plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple equity‑plan products, such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑plan matching ratios.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
• Understanding of HRIS platforms (arenaflex Workday experience is a plus) and the flow of data between systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
