Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be an essential member of the equity administration team. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Data Audits: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑purchase plans.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock‑purchase plan matching ratio awards.
- Equity Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity—including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock‑purchase plan actions—to ensure correct and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
- Plan Administration Support: Assist with equity‑based LTI award delivery processes and stock‑purchase plan enrollment activities.
- Ad‑hoc Reporting: Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to support ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
- Documentation Management: Review and maintain equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other equity plan administration duties as requested by senior team members.
Essential Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
