Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Customer Interaction: Field inbound inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels, delivering prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused support.
  • Active Listening & Empathy: Demonstrate genuine empathy by listening attentively, asking clarifying questions, and confirming understanding before responding.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer concerns on the first contact whenever possible, employing proactive problem‑solving techniques.

  • Escalation Management: Identify complex cases that require higher‑level intervention and route them to the appropriate specialist with clear, concise documentation.
  • Call Documentation: Accurately log call details, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system for auditability and performance reporting.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • At least six months of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment (remote experience preferred).
  • Proficient typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
