We are currently hiring experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Primary and Family Care – Provide holistic, evidence-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will also provide health counseling, attitude planning, and education across a wide range of patient needs.
• Preventive Services and Patient Education – Offer education and treatment related to pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, and safer sex practices, empowering patients to make informed health decisions.
• Immunizations and Injections – Order and administer vaccinations and injections including, but not limited to, COVID-19, influenza, tuberculosis, and Depo-Provera. Provide evidence-based patient and parent immunization counseling and education.
• Clinical Operations and Administration – Perform administrative duties such as opening and closing the clinic, managing inventory, monitoring patient flow, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Patient Scheduling and Assessments – Manage patient appointments and conduct comprehensive evaluations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
• Diagnostic and Collaborative Care – Interview patients about healthy lifestyle choices, perform diagnostic tests to support the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
• Patient Engagement and Wellness Promotion – Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare journey through services such as health screenings, behavioral health support, wellness programs, and chronic condition management.

Required Qualifications

• Holistic, Evidence-Based Care Expertise – Demonstrated ability to deliver comprehensive care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, condition management, health counseling, and attitude planning. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
• Immunization Administration Skills – Proficiency in ordering and administering vaccines and injections, with the ability to provide patient and parent education regarding immunization.
• Clinical Experience – Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Point-of-Care Testing – Ability to complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Multilingual Capability – Depending on the market, the ability to speak and write in additional languages (such as Spanish) is highly valued.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Current BLS certification, including the ability to perform CPR and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
• Physical Requirements – Successful completion of a FIT assessment and the ability to wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.

Preferred Qualifications

• Less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider, with prior student precepting experience at arenaflex (preferred but not required).

Education Requirements

• For Nurse Practitioner Candidates – Master's level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment licensure to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• For Physician Assistant Candidates – In select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related Master's degree or equivalent experience) along with a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, with current National Board Certification and State of Employment licensure to practice in the role.
