Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring motivated, service-driven individuals to join our remote customer support team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat sessions, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting passengers with flight bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations, upgrades, seat selections, and general travel information requests.
  • Listening actively to customer concerns, identifying the root cause of issues, and delivering effective, empathetic solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Handling complaints, escalations, and service recovery situations with composure, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including operations, ticketing, and loyalty teams, to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately within internal CRM systems and maintaining up-to-date records of all conversations and resolutions.
  • Staying current on airline policies, promotions, travel restrictions, and industry updates to provide accurate and informed guidance to passengers.

Essential Qualifications
