Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver extraordinary service on inbound calls within a high‑volume, structured environment, consistently applying arenaflex’s Customer First philosophy.
  • Engage with card members to understand their unique needs, offering tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of arenaflex membership and promote relevant product offers.
  • Continuously refine selling skills—including rapport building, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing—to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Address both general and account‑specific inquiries, providing clear, concise information while updating customer records accurately.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s suite of tools and resources to anticipate needs, resolve issues on the first contact, and recommend customized solutions.
  • Achieve performance goals across multiple metrics: customer satisfaction surveys, sales conversion rates, quality compliance, regulatory standards, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—operations, risk, product, and training—to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of interactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and data‑privacy requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment, demonstrating a passion for building lasting customer loyalty.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, ask insightful questions, and convey complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Demonstrated integrity in handling sensitive member information and strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Resilience and composure when managing a steady stream of calls, balancing performance metrics, and navigating challenging situations with a positive attitude.
  • Adaptability to modify communication style to suit a wide variety of personalities, cultures, and scenarios.
  • Technical proficiency to multitask across multiple computer systems, applications, and databases with speed and accuracy.
  • Reliability and punctuality—consistent attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts are critical.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work any shift between 6:00 am – 2:00 am, including weekends, to meet the needs of our global customer base.
  • Full‑time availability with the ability to adapt to shift‑change requirements.
  • Location: Sunrise, Florida (or remote arrangements where applicable under arenaflex’s flexible work model).
