Job Summary As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner. • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
