Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator (Amazon FBA + Multi-Warehouse) - Contract to Hire
About us We're a fast-growing DTC pet apparel and accessories brand selling on Shopify, Amazon (multi-market), and TikTok Shop. We manufacture across a network of vendors in China and ship to multiple 3PLwarehouses in the US, CN, DE, GB and Amazon FBA. The role We're hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the end-to-end shipment lifecycle for a portfolio of vendors — from purchase order placement through warehouse receipt, reconciliation, and invoice approval. You'll partner closely with production managers and a QC lead on the vendor side, and demand planners on the planning side. This is a long-term, ongoing contract role — not a project. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. What you'll own: Purchase order management: Translate demand planner instructions into clean orders placed with vendors. Set up new SKUs across our internal systems so they're ready to transact against. Shipment preparation and booking: Verify vendor packing lists against POs, coordinate with demand planners on how each shipment should be split across destinations and modes, and instruct vendors on how to prepare and label the goods accordingly. Book freight, create inbound tickets at destination warehouses, and coordinate pickup logistics. In-transit tracking: Monitor shipments until they arrive. Flag delays early and resolve issues with the freight forwarder. Receiving and reconciliation: Confirm warehouse receipt, reconcile what arrived against what was shipped, and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Billing: Approve vendor and freight forwarder invoices only after reconciliation is clean. FBA inbound: Manage FBA shipments end-to-end and handle claims when things go wrong. Documentation and reporting: Maintain per-vendor logistics records and submit a weekly shipment summary. Who we're looking for - 3+ years of hands-on supply chain or logistics coordination experience in ecommerce, including Amazon FBA - Strong attention to detail — reconciliation work is unforgiving; we need someone who catches the off-by-one before it becomes a problem - Highly organized — you'll be juggling many shipments at different stages at once (some being placed, some in production, some in transit, some being reconciled). Nothing should fall through the cracks - Comfortable working directly with Chinese vendors (Mandarin is a plus but not required — translation tools are fine if your written communication is clear and professional) - Confident with spreadsheets, inventory/WMS platforms, and ecommerce seller tools — you can pick up new systems quickly - Self-directed and proactive — you'll be flagging issues, not waiting to be asked - Calm under pressure when shipments are delayed, customs holds happen, or warehouses report shortages Logistics Availability: Must be available in Asia Pacific time for vendor and warehouse overlap Start: ASAP Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
