What You Will Do
- Slam logistics bottlenecks - track shipments, sync inventory, keep trucks rolling.
- Jump into action - clients lean on you to learn their systems (2-5 days) and deliver fast.
- Work remote - 20-40 hours per week, no office, no micromanagement, just accountability. Must-Have Skills and Attitude
- Logistics Grit - You have coordinated under pressure - military ops, not desk-jockey stuff.
- Discipline - Deadlines are non-negotiable - own it or get out.
- Problem-Solving - Chaos does not faze you - you fix it, no whining.
- Adaptability - Learn new tools fast - clients throw you in, you figure it out.
- No-Nonsense - You are here to work, not play victim - leave the soft stuff at home. Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience with logistics platforms ShipStation, SAP, NetSuite, Truckstop, DAT.
- Trucking, warehousing, or e-commerce background - military or civilian. What You Get
