Position Overview: Remote Pharmacy Data Entry Technician
As a Remote Pharmacy Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of our pharmacy operations. Working under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists, you will be responsible for entering patient and prescription data into our advanced pharmacy systems, processing prescriptions with meticulous attention to detail, and supporting a variety of operational and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities
- Prescription Data Entry and Processing: Utilize arenaflex's proprietary pharmacy management systems to accurately enter patient demographics, medication information, and prescription details. - Patient and Customer Interaction: Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for patients and customers via phone, email, and chat.
