Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Intern – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to support our social media customer support initiatives and email marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist CRM managers in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, creative development, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as Content, Creative, Product, and Analytics—to gather assets, align messaging, and ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Produce and maintain campaign documentation, project timelines, and status reports using project‑management tools.
  • Design visually compelling email templates using Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing of email sends, verify data integrity, and provide actionable insights based on performance metrics.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, respond to comments, and route complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
  • Analyze campaign results (open rates, click‑through rates, conversion metrics) and prepare concise performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral—such as promotional graphics, landing pages, and digital assets—that reinforce brand consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for audience engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library, ensuring all files are correctly labeled and version‑controlled.

Essential Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the past six months) from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to edit and troubleshoot email templates.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Dreamweaver, Illustrator, or XD is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels—including social media, email, paid search, and display advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
