Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative supporting our healthcare industry client, you will serve as a critical link between customers, warehouse operations, and internal teams. Your primary mission is to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Issue Resolution: Handle all incoming customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, accuracy, and speed, using smart, customer-focused decision-making skills to deliver effective solutions on the first call whenever possible.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the warehouse, internal office teams, and customers, researching, resolving, and tracking issues related to service failures, product returns, incorrect shipments, and other service-related matters.
