Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Remote Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team within the Subscription Operations group. In this pivotal role, you will own the end‑to‑end data pipeline that powers subscriber growth, churn mitigation, and revenue optimization across arenaflex’s streaming ecosystem—including arenaflex+, arenaflex, arenaflex+, arenaflex+, and arenaflex+. You will partner closely with product, finance, and business operations stakeholders to ensure that every data point is accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines in SQL and Python to ingest, transform, and load subscriber‑level data from multiple sources.
- Own the data quality framework for subscription metrics, including subscription count, revenue recognition, churn, upgrades, downgrades, and new subscriber acquisition.
- Collaborate with upstream data partners to define data contracts, ensure schema consistency, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining SQL‑based ETL pipelines in a production environment.
