Position Overview – In‑Store Customer Service Associate (Remote)

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals to serve as Client Experience Partners for our inaugural Actual Retail store. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service across multiple communication channels—phone, email, and live chat—while supporting customers throughout their entire purchase lifecycle. From answering product questions to managing orders, returns, and exchanges, you will be the trusted voice that ensures every arenaflex shopper feels valued, informed, and delighted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑Channel Customer Support: Provide prompt, courteous assistance via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues with professionalism.
  • Order Management: Guide customers through order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in‑depth understanding of arenaflex’s extensive product catalog, new arrivals, and promotional offers to advise shoppers effectively.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, schedule in‑store pickups, and manage delivery logistics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
