Why This Role Matters

The Senior Digital Product Manager for AI‑Driven Conversational Experience will own the vision, strategy, and execution of arenaflex’s live‑chat and chatbot ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer‑Centric Discovery: Lead continuous research initiatives—customer interviews, usability testing, and analytics—to uncover pain points and opportunities that enhance the cardmember journey.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate product concepts into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Feature Prioritization: Own the backlog, prioritize features based on impact, effort, and risk, and ensure timely delivery of high‑value capabilities.
