Position Overview – What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative based in Michigan, you will be the friendly voice that connects arenaflex’s clients with the solutions they need. • Identify recurring issues or trends and communicate insights to the quality assurance and product teams to help shape future enhancements.
  • Uphold arenaflex’s commitment to a no‑outbound‑cold‑calling environment—focus solely on inbound support, never on sales, debt collection, or telemarketing.
  • Engage in regular employee appreciation events and company‑wide celebrations that reinforce arenaflex’s culture of recognition.

  • Compliance: Successful completion of background check and drug screening (required by arenaflex).

Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart

  • Previous experience in real‑estate support, mortgage services, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as video conferencing, instant messaging, and cloud‑based ticketing systems.

  • Time Management: Efficiently manage call flow, documentation, and follow‑up tasks within shift constraints.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where policies, tools, and procedures evolve.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive virtual team culture, sharing knowledge and assisting peers when needed.
