This role is based out of Jacksonville, Florida, with the flexibility to work from home while being available to travel to the local office when business needs require. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Experience & Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a dual role — providing outstanding customer service while also identifying opportunities to support clients through pharmacy enrollment and cost-saving education. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with healthcare consumers in a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused manner, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex's high standards of service.
  • Enrolling existing client customers into mail-order pharmacy programs, guiding them through the process with clarity and confidence.
  • Educating customers on cost-saving benefits, formulary options, and program features that help them better manage their healthcare needs and expenses.
  • Delivering authentic customer experiences by actively listening, understanding individual needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Utilizing effective sales techniques and rebuttals to address concerns, overcome objections, and drive successful enrollments — all while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions, account updates, and enrollment details in internal systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members to resolve complex customer issues, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Staying informed on product updates, healthcare regulations, and program changes to provide accurate, compliant, and up-to-date information to every customer.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including enrollment targets, call quality standards, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity benchmarks.

What You'll Bring: Essential Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, ideally in a contact center, retail, or healthcare environment.
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a demonstrated ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when entering customer data, processing enrollments, and following compliance procedures.
  • The ability to confidently use sales rebuttals and persuasive communication techniques to guide customers toward beneficial decisions.
  • A typing speed of at least 20 words per minute, with comfort navigating multiple software applications and systems simultaneously.
  • A passion for helping others, particularly individuals navigating the often-complex world of healthcare.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home workspace, and the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings at our Jacksonville, FL office.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and a valid U.S. residential address.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

While not required, the following qualifications will help you stand out:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or mail-order pharmacy setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or call center technologies.
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home role.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish.
  • Prior success meeting or exceeding sales or enrollment targets.
