Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law with a robust focus on immigration court cases. (Motions, Removal, AOS, Notions to appear)
- B2-C1 proficiency in English
- Excellent legal research skills, technical document drafting, and meticulous file organization
- Assertive communication, deep empathy toward the immigrant community, excellent time management, and strict professional ethics and confidentiality
- High attention to detail, adaptability to changing legislation, and a strong teamwork orientation
