[Remote] Programmatic Specialist

OTT Advisors is a rapidly expanding media organization seeking a full-time Programmatic Specialist to support programmatic advertising campaigns. The role involves executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across various demand-side platforms while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery against client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute campaign setup, trafficking, and launch activities across DSP platforms, including Basis, DV360, Amazon DSP, and other programmatic buying platforms
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure campaigns meet objectives and budget requirements
- Implement audience targeting, creative assets, tracking pixels, and campaign optimizations as directed
- Pull, validate, and analyze campaign performance data to support reporting and optimization efforts
- Assist with PMP activation, inventory targeting, and audience segmentation strategies
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery, creative, and tracking issues, escalating concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with sales, account management, ad operations, and analytics teams to support client objectives and campaign success
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and adhere to established operational best practices
Skills
- Minimum 1 and Maximum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns within a DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Basis, or similar platform) is required
- Familiarity with OTT, CTV, video, and digital advertising inventory and buying models
- Strong analytical skills with experience working in spreadsheets, dashboards, and campaign reporting tools
- Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, frequency management, attribution, and brand safety principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ad serving, tracking pixels, tags, and measurement solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in an agency, ad tech, publisher, or digital media environment preferred
