Website Production Coordinator
HealthStream is the leader in healthcare workforce solutions, dedicated to enhancing the quality of healthcare. They are seeking a detail-oriented Web Production Coordinator to support the maintenance, development, and optimization of their websites, focusing on hands-on updates and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with website updates and maintenance across multiple platforms
- Build and edit web pages using WordPress and Webflow (training provided)
- Apply basic HTML and CSS for styling and troubleshooting
- Ensure site content is accurate, accessible, and optimized for performance
- Support SEO best practices and implement on-page optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to publish landing pages and campaign content
- Help implement tracking tags via Google Tag Manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with accessibility standards (ADA) and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Attend in-person meetings in the Nashville office a few times per month or as required
Skills
- Experience with WordPress required
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of web design principles and UX best practices
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Webflow a plus (training provided)
- Exposure to Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio preferred
