Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and emerging digital channels.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on service offerings, rate structures, and shipment status.
  • Assist customers in booking freight, generating quotes, and coordinating logistics that align with their operational needs.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic tone that reflects arenaflex’s brand values in every interaction.

Order Management & Coordination

  • Enter and validate customer orders in the CRM system, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, dispatch, and carrier partners to schedule pickups, arrange deliveries, and monitor transit milestones.
  • Track shipments in real time, proactively notifying customers of any deviations, delays, or exceptions.
  • Update order status promptly, guaranteeing that customers always have the most current information.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

  • Investigate and resolve complaints, service disruptions, and billing questions with speed and accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
  • Document root‑cause analyses and recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence.

Relationship Building & Revenue Growth

  • Develop trusted relationships with existing customers through regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and value‑add recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional arenaflex services, such as expedited freight, temperature‑controlled transport, or intermodal solutions.
  • Contribute to revenue targets by aligning service proposals with customer business objectives.

Documentation, Reporting & Data Insight

  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, and service requests within the CRM platform.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports that highlight key metrics such as on‑time delivery, issue resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Analyze trends in customer data to surface actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within transportation, logistics, or a high‑volume service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders, including shippers, carriers, and internal teams.
