Regional Clinical Manager - EAST

We are a team of passionate medical and technological innovators on a mission to improve patient treatment and outcomes with cutting-edge medical devices like the FloPatch. FloPatch is the world’s first wireless Doppler ultrasound system designed to support the clinical management of critically ill patients. The wearable sensor enables real-time functional hemodynamic monitoring for patients requiring cardiopulmonary and fluid resuscitation. The successful candidate will assist Flosonics Medical in introducing FloPatch to the world. The Regional Clinical Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and driving the performance of Flosonics Medical's Clinical Optimization Specialist (COS) team within their assigned region. This role serves as the clinical leader for the territory and is accountable for building a high-performing team that consistently achieves clinical adoption, customer success, utilization, and business objectives. Working closely with Area Sales Managers and commercial leadership, the Regional Clinical Manager will drive clinical excellence, coach and develop Clinical Optimization Specialists, establish best practices, while coaching team members to achieve individual and regional goals. This individual will play a key role in advancing Flosonics Medical's mission to improve patient outcomes and deliver meaningful business results. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Optimization Specialists within the assigned region. Establish a high-performance culture built on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and results. Set clear performance expectations, goals, and development plans aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance coaching sessions. Establish clear goals, expectations, and development plans for team members. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Clinical Optimization Specialists. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer focus. Support performance management activities and career development discussions. Ensure successful implementation, adoption and integration of FloPatch within customer accounts. Support Clinical Optimization Specialists in developing and executing account-specific adoption plans. Partner with commercial leadership to align clinical resources with business priorities. Monitor customer utilization and clinical adoption trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as an escalation point for complex clinical, customer, and implementation challenges. Assist with strategic account planning and key customer engagements. Ensure consistent delivery of clinical education and training programs across the region. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Education, and Customer Success teams. Provide field-based insights and customer feedback to support product enhancements and future innovation. Participate in regional planning, forecasting, and business review activities. Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Telemetry, Step-Down Care, or a related specialty. Minimum 3-5 years of leadership, mentoring, clinical education, or team development experience. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred. Previously or actively a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license. Strong cardiopulmonary and hemodynamic monitoring knowledge. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel extensively within assigned region, including overnight travel. Preferred: Experience supporting medical device implementation and clinical adoption. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams. Experience working in a startup or high-growth healthcare environment. Clinical education or staff development experience.
