Overview: We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This is an hourly, assignment based, flex position. Location: Remote Responsibilities: Conduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews as needed, and inputting requisition data in system and job ads on job boards Track and monitor confidential candidate information Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant information and data tracking is up to date Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement) Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity Perform additional responsibilities as required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicants Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times Detail oriented and highly organized Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition Strong communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external contacts Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level Must be flexible to work with a new client Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
